Annie finally grew in to part of this adorable outfit a friend got me. Isn't she sweet?!! :)

check out that double chin!!!!

Annie and Mama. Rich took the big kids to watch him play basketball tonight so Annie and I had a little alone time. I'm still so excited about having a little girl like me finally!! :) All these years I've enjoyed seeing how Luke is just a mini Rich, it's fun to have my own turn! :)

Mama's big eyes!

I'm so sad that I'm already packing up baby clothes!!! Annie has outgrown her "newborn" clothes. At least I got about 2 months out of them, that's more than most people get. I've got boxes of clothes leftover from the kids that I just can't part with. I decided I'm going to try and make a memory baby quilt out of their old clothes for each of them. Anyways I looked online and found some cute ideas that have inspired me. I laid out a few of Annie's clothes she's done with. It might be a while before I find time to work on this. Here are some pictures of what I'm thinking... first picture is Annie's clothes, the rest are some styles I'm debating between.

Finally a little of what's been on my mind. First off, years ago I started the tradition of starting my devotions up on Jan 1st and trying to do one every night. I decided I have no excuse b/c I'm nursing Annie for about 20 min every 2-4 hours all day.. a perfect time to cuddle up w/ a book.
.
Recently we received the very sad new that our pastors youngest son (22) has stage 4 cancer. I've had him and his family on my mind ever since I received the news. Jon has a care page that he updated with some words of wisdom and some of his goals for living his life following Christ's example. I was really impressed with his maturity in response to this situation. I feel definitely challenged to take a look at my own life.
.
well the crew is back... luckily Rich didn't re-damage his leg! Gotta get Luke off to bed for school tomorrow!
