I spent an hour and a half tonight making these cute little Valentines for Abby to pass out at school. I saw them in the Family Fun magazine. They say "Be My Bud-dy" I like to do something handmade if I can, plus the kids always like ones w/ a treat! so I thought this was perfect. Plus I enjoy taking a moment to be crafty. It's relaxing for me.

It was really neat when we turned on the lights tonight!! WOW we have the best lighting in the whole house in the basement now! How sad!! I'd love to have this kinda lighting other places. Our house is so dark in our family room!
Rich took the kids to choir/babysitting tonight. They love it b/c they get to play w/ "Randy", and they have the church playroom almost all to themselves, to run and get some energy out. I love that I can have a break and they are not being exposed to tons of germs, since there are usually just 3 kids!

We had lunch at the Hunters house today, just down the street. Luke was so excited to get off the bus at a different stop. He was jumping up and down when I told him where we were going. It was great for me to get out of the house and away from the workers for a bit. Poor Luke took a spill down their steps and landed on his head!

Tomorrow Rich took a day off work to catch up around here. He's been going like crazy between the house renovations and working late. He was up till 4am one night painting, then went to work! He was gone till 2 am last night fixing a computer in Marion! I seriously don't know how he does it!? Not that I get any more sleep then he does.... Annie went to bed last night at 8.. she was up at 9:30, 11, 1 and 5am! (I went to bed at 1opm) Seriously after awhile, your body just stops going back to sleep!
