Last week my friends and I enjoyed visiting w/ our friend Heather who moved to CA. She was part of our playgroup and was in town visiting. It was fun to get the kids together. 3 of us were pregnant at the same time w/ our girls all being born w/in weeks of each other, and we all have older children w/ birthday's w/in months of each other as well. the older kids...(Luke is outnumbered by the girls!!)

We got together again later that night after the kids were in bed and chatted till 12:45am! It was so nice to be out w/out the kids for once and have some girl talk!
I have no pictures from yesterday, but we had even more fun meeting up at the carousel. Miss Mary met w/ us and paid for all the kids to ride! Then she had a little story time just like the one at Barnes and Noble, and we all walked down to Coney Island for ice-cream.
Afterwards the kids splashed around in the baby pool for a while. Even the dog joined in on the fun. She kept jumping in and out of the pool. They thought it was so funny. They kept giving her water to drink and trying to dump buckets of water on her. Luke squirted both dogs pretty good and hard w/ his water shooter. They were both good sports! 
Here are the kids rolling all over each other watching TV. They get bored easily if I don't keep them busy! We've had quite a few difficult days of sibling issues... "he said this... she did that"... blah blah blah.... I can't imagine having 3!! 
not sure what kind of love hold this is?!! but they were having fun!
Rich started a tradtion of catching lightning bugs w/ the kids. This year he ran out and bought Abby her own bug container. The only problem w/ this tradition is the kids staying up until it gets dark enough for the bugs to come out! Which tends to be an hour and a half AFTER their normal bedtime.. which is difficult for Mama, especially after we skipped nap to go to bed ON TIME!
