1 month to go!!!! and counting!!!!

I haven't updated w/ a picture of my belly for a while. So here I am at 35 weeks. I've got so much going through my mind right now... enjoying these last few days or weeks w/ the kids before life gets crazy... getting my own body back!!! (very important!- I would like pregnancy a whole lot more if I didn't gain so much weight!) ugh!...anticipating the arrival of this new lil' one...... wondering who she's going to look like! (COME ON BROWN HAIR AND BROWN EYES!) :) feeling a little sad that this is my last pregnancy...and trying to remember these feelings of movement. (they are hard to miss at this point! -we call her the Kung Fu Master) She is seriously the strongest baby I've ever had or heard of. I'm very curious how this is going to play out once we meet her! I love how the kids kiss and pat my belly, and talk to her, including her as part of the family already. It's going to be sad to not experience this again, but we have soooooooo much to look forward to.

Today I have been feeling a LOT better than Friday and Saturday. I'm not sure what makes the difference, but the very strange thing is when I'm still and lay down or put my feet up in the recliner I get MORE contractions than if I'm up and about?! It makes no sense?!!! and I know they tell me to take it easy, but when I do the contractions pick up!!?
.
I am trying to finish getting all the things we need for the baby's arrival since she is acting like she might come early?!! We're almost there... just a few more things
.
Luke was such a sweetie, on Friday I was putting my feet up and the kids were begging me to take them outside to play on the swing set. I said I would take them out but first I had to rest my feet b/c I had just worked hard to load and unload the dishwasher. In the most serious, and grown up voice, Luke says "Mom, why didn't you ask me to help?!!" It was so sweet! The kids HAVE been helping me a lot and allowing me to sleep and take naps when I really need to. I am so thankful for their ages, b/c it's been very helpful to my survival of these 9 months! They rush to pick things up if I drop them, and they are eager to help w/ their "strong muscles" pulling laundry baskets across the house for me!
.
Well that's all for now.. just thought I'd update while my feet are up!
