36 weeks and counting!

The kids have been begging me to make pumpkin seeds w/ them. So today was the day! Only problem was no one wanted to touch the goup w/ their hands!.. the seeds were so slimy Abby refused to touch them. Luke helped, but wiped his hands on his shirt and pants every time he touched one! They are cooking right now, we're anxious to try them!
Yesterday I drove down to the Toys R Us/Babies R Us store in Columbus to pick up a new baby swing! I love the modern prints they have out now. I wish I could buy all new everything for this baby! :( The swing looks nice in our family room and has teal and green leaves, w/ little blue owls. It plays really nice music.. classical stuff, not that annoying music from before. Abby has already tried her baby in the swing and enjoys standing in the corner pushing her over and over, playing w/ the music and wearing out the batteries before baby is even here!

I took this picture yesterday too, The dog just looked cute all curled up in her bed w/ her paw hanging over the edge.
Last Friday we had quite a downpour of rain while waiting for the school bus. Plus it was pretty chilly out! I had a hard time finding a coat to wear, so I settled for my winter coat buttoned on top and bottom.. but I just couldn't manage to get that belly covered! Good thing baby is arriving soon!

Rich isn't feeling well today, He's had a sore throat and cold for a while, but it just got worse today. So I'm trying very hard to avoid getting it!

The end of this pregnancy is in sight, just over 3 weeks left. Believe it or not..I'm starting to feel sad about that. It truly is an amazing bond and experience to carry a child in your tummy. I love the wonder of who this little person is going to look like. I look forward to that moment the kids first meet her. It's been an incredible journey having these 2 old enough to anticipate her arrival w/ us. I'm so excited for Abby b/c when I was little I always wanted another baby smaller than myself. I can't wait for the first time the kids get to hold her and help me bath her. So much to look forward to.

All for now... -Beth
