I dreamed about this moment when I was pregnant, when I would have all 3 of my kiddos out back on the swing set. Today was Annie's first time swinging. It was so much fun. I found myself filled w/ this joy I can not express.

Other excitement in our house.. I got my new desk in sometime last week. I LOVE IT! it's nice and huge and perfect for doing crafts on. I'm working w/ Ben on designing a top for the desk. It's going to have a place for my papers, lots of cupboards for storage, and a magnetic board and bulletin board.

Things are going well over here. I feel encouraged that I'm getting back where I want to be with my life. I've made it a priority to spend time in the Word every night since Jan 1st w/ the exception of one night I was very sick. It's been very encouraging for me. I'm also trying to push myself to develop some regular devotional times w/ the kids. We were doing the family devotion time for a while until Annie messed up that plan!! :) So I'm excited to get back in the swing of things. I'm dreading the thought of Luke going to school next year full day vs. half day, and I feel like my time with him is running out. It's going to go by so fast!

.We are also working on planning Abby's 4th birthday party. I can't believe that she's going to be 4 next weekend! It's a good thing there is a baby in the house is all I can say.

well gotta go work on those family devotions...I'm fighting giving up some of "ME" time right now. It's a rare quiet moment right now and I'm savoring every bit of it!
