A snowy weekend in Cleveland

Rich went up to Cleveland to attend the Men's Conference at Parkside last weekend. I debated over and over about going or staying. We always have to find a place for the dogs to stay if we leave, which is more hassle than it's worth sometimes, and Rich had Upwards, luckily his b-ball game was canceled due to weather so we decided to make the trip after all. The first 30 minutes were pretty miserable though w/ all 5 of us, our stuff and the 2 big dogs packed in the car. Kadie barking and Annie crying in fear. :(

The roads were pretty awful getting up to Cleveland. It took us a long time and Annie was screaming pretty bad. Once there no one was anxious to turn around and go back anytime soon!

While up in Cleveland we had a blast. Dad took us to this special place where they feed the birds. They actually landed on our hands. It was so cool. The kids had been complaining about going but once there they loved it! Especially Abby! She was so patient and still. She would give Rich a big smile whenever a bird landed on her. And Luke told me "Mom that was the closest I ever got to a bird!" :) I love these moments!

The kids took turns being pulled around the yard by Grandpa.
The boys had a snowball fight! :)

Abby had a blast swinging in the snow
The kids had fun pushing Annie around in a doll stroller! it was too cute!

Annie needed a bath, and since we didn't have our baby bathtub she went right in the sink!We took the kids sledding for the first time at the country club behind Mom and Dad's house. IT was a blast!!!!

After our trip to Cleveland I checked on Abby to find her sleeping standing up w/ one foot in her toy basket!
Lastly, just trying to keep the kids busy. I asked them to make me some play-doh cookies. They had so much fun!
