Yeah spring is coming!!

I could not resist getting outside today in this beautiful weather. One of the perks of early spring, is there are no leaves on the trees yet which makes access to the creek in our backyard a lot easier. Getting down the hill w/ 2 small kids, a baby and my camera is not an easy task. Here I am w/ Annie in the front carrier, just minutes after I researched HOW to put her in it forward facing. It worked out great! Annie loved our little trip and her new view! Luke took this shot for me! now picture me w/ both kids hands and my camera slung around my neck backwards practically choking me so it didn't hit Annie in the head!
.
I have great memories playing in the woods and creek when I was little. I am excited for the kids to have access so close to home. But they didn't take to it like I did, right away. Abby was very upset about the mud and wet feet. They both begged me to go back home the minute their feet got wet. A little encouragement and showing them how to throw rocks in the creek changed the mood. Eventually their complaints turned to joy, as Luke tried to "Dam" up the creek with rocks. He kept saying, I want to build a "Jam". :) it was so funny. Here they are in good moods! :)

Luke having a blast.

Every year I look forward to the first day the daffodils open.

Everyone was very muddy so in to the bath they went! I'm not sure that I should be still posting pictures of Luke in the tub... so maybe this is my final one?!! :) I just thought it was cute to have all 3 of them in there. I tried Annie in the bath ring for the first time. The kids loved having her in there. but it's getting tight!!

Annie quickly found the toy on the bath ring. I love this expression on her face! :)
baby's up... all for now....
