Well Luke's last day of preschool finally came and went! :( I was so sad to have him graduating from preschool! The teachers have been great. The good news is the other kids will go here as well. The kids had a special ice-cream treat for their last day then they were allowed to play outside w/ their siblings on the playground. Abby was so excited to check out the playground! Luke was very excited to get home b/c we had a scavenger hunt planned for his last day!Here is Luke his very first day of school at age 3!! He was like 3 and 3 days!!!Here he is a big 5 1/2 yr old on his last day!Once home, he raced all over reading notes and following clues from place to place to place!Abby had a piggy bank at the end of the scavenger hunt too. She was so cute and said "Just want I needed!" Luke was thrilled w/ a small box of Legos! :) he just glows when he hears that box rattle! We got them a few summer items from the dollar store as well.A last minute decision.... RIGHT before I picked up Luke from school Rich and I talked about getting him a big wheel, just like the ones at school that he loves. We figured we'd get it this summer anyways so why not start him off now that schools over. He was THRILLED w/ his new bike.We got Abby one too but her legs aren't quite long enough to reach the pedals. Mommy put "extension blocks" on her bike when we got home. Friday night we took the kids over to the church parking lot to let them ride their bikes. We found a way to piggy back Abby on the bike so she could have fun too! :)Here is Abby at home in her princess pj's before bed. She was determined to wear the slippers and headband all together! :)
