After that we came home and rested.. and then quickly turned around and headed back out to Crestline pool. The pool is closing soon so we will not have many more chances to go. A friend invited me to come w/ them and we LOVED it! I can't believe how affordable it is too! I was so sad that we didn't find this until the last week the pool is open! -that is why I pushed myself to go back out today. Plus for some strange reason, I've been feeling much better the past few days! I think the baby has moved positions? b/c I'm not nearly as sore as I was... and I'm not getting up to go potty 3 times in the night anymore! one time will do. Which is very nice! :)
This was a huge break thru for Luke. He's very timid in the water.. he does not want to get his face wet or put his head under! I've bribed him w/ a Lego set, but he still won't do it! Anyways... I was excited b/c I was finally able to get him to jump in the pool a bit. He was watching the other kids do it and felt bad. I started him in the 2 inch deep water then worked our way down the edge of the pool to the 2 feet. Not much. I know but for Luke, this was big stuff! He was asking me when he would be able to run and jump like the other boys... I tried to get him to walk, then walk faster... we didn't get very far b/c he wants very good footing before he leaves the edge. but at least we got something accomplished today. I think a lot of the problem is the kids hardly spend time in a pool w/ the exception of vacation. So it's very new to them compared to kids who go weekly or daily! Abby is more willing to try. She put her face in yesterday.. and came up coughing. :( which made me feel bad, but at least she tried! :)

well I'm off to put my feet up.. .it's been a VERY long day... We should all sleep well tonight!
