Here she is trying it out for the first time. After a while we learned that if we turned it so it ended in the kitchen, the kids would roll further on the hard floor.
We hosted Abby's party at the gymnastics gym that Abby takes lessons at. Both sets of grandparents were able to come and then we were allowed to invite 12 kids. My goal was to invite as many of Abby's friends as I could, while branching out to a few brothers and sisters for Luke's sake! :) It turned out to be a really good group of kids. Everyone listened so well.. the little kids had big brothers or sisters to watch. And I didn't have to do much!! but decorate! :)
I've been very very tired from the pregnancy. I think it's amazing how a baby so small can just drain all my energy!
Abby had her 3 yr check up today. She's following the same growth pattern that Luke did... she grew well and now she's dropping down on the chart fairly fast. What's up w/ my kids??!! hopefully they will get a good growth spurt sometime? the good thing is we can carry them around longer! :) Abby was so funny I was telling her how the Dr. might as her some questions and she says " I have some questions for the doctor!" She cracks me up sometimes!: )
Tonight I took the kids to the grocery and off to the library to turn in an overdue game. Then we did baths, and a movie and homemade popcorn, a treat, brushed teeth, went potty, read 4 books, sang 3 songs each and they're off to bed! Daddy had to work late.. so I pulled the load on my own, and now I'm happy to kick up my heals a bit before I crash!
