I'm analyzing every twinge and feeling hoping everything is ok. Today I continued to have my appetite back (w/ the exception of a few things). I also felt exhausted enough to take a midday nap. Good sign?? or me just worrying myself to sleep? not sure which? I had an awful dream last night that I was back in my parents house in Cleveland, I looked out the window and saw a bear coming towards the house! The bear started breaking the window in an attempt to get in. Mom and I raced up stairs to get the kids to safety.. I woke up w/ my heart pounding out of my chest! (I had seen some animal planet bear attack show the other day.. and apparently it was still in my mind somewhere!) :)
well, I've got loads and loads and loads of laundry to put away. .I'm going to see if I can do a load or two. Here is a sweet little picture I took of a bird today. -Beth
Abby's turning 3 Friday, and her party is Saturday. So I'm really really hoping for good news tomorrow! I want to be able to relax and enjoy my weekend. Part of me really wanted to hold off on the ultrasound till after the party, but I started getting really nervous and I don't think I can put it off any longer.

Luke has been all in to counting money recently. (He's saving up for a Star Wars Movie). Rich worked w/ him teaching him some of the values of money and how to add them up. (I've made many attempts) but for whatever reason, this night it stuck! So now he can add up all sorts of change and tell you how much he has. I pulled out a money workbook that I had tucked away (that was always too hard) he flew through the page and he got 100% on both sides! I have been itching to play Monopoly w/ someone and figured maybe this was a good time to teach him. He LOVED it! It was a great opportunity to practice making change and adding the dollar bills. Actually even adding the numbers on the dice was good practice, b/c it's not something he "sees" like we do just yet. He usually had to count on his fingers. We started the game at about 7:45pm and finished around 10pm! He had really good patience w/ a long game. I helped him of course.. but luck of the dice.. he got all the red properties. Indiana, Illinois, and Kentucky, and then Boardwalk he ended up building houses and hotels and won the game. Of course he thinks he's "all that" now b/c he beat me first try! He came out of his room early this morning carrying the box around w/ a big smile on his face all ready to play again! Over the years Rich and I have started a tradition of writing on the backs of the one dollar bills. We sign our names w/ whoever won, we write the date, and a little note about something special in our lives or whatever.. so Luke got to sign the back of his first dollar bill last night. :) it's fun to look back through them! :)
Tonight, I worked at Adventure Club. It was Kristen's last night (the girl I work w/ who got me into teaching w/ her in the first place!) I was very sad to see her go. It's been a great opportunity for me to work beside her (starting w/ last summer at backyard Bible club). Kristen is getting married in a few months! I'm so excited for her!
