Mom was still here this morning due to the snow. We dropped Luke off at school and went shopping w/ Abby. I felt great all morning but just after lunch I kinda dropped. I either ate to much too quick or just did to much. All afternoon I've felt very tired and kinda icky. I skipped my Bible study again tonight which makes me feel bad. I'm feeling sorry for myself after going through 2 months of crud. I just want things to get back to normal.

The kids both had colds and coughs now. It started w/ Abby. She must have gotten something from MOPS last week. She started coming down w/ it on Friday. Seriously, is a few hours to myself worth the hassle of passing a cold around the family?!?! sometimes I wonder?!?! b/c my kids are always getting sick from these "settings".

Luke busied himself during nap time today making all sorts of love notes for Hannah. He cracks me up. He was telling me the other day how he is very upset about the kids telling him "to go play with his girlfriend".... he doesn't see her that way.. he sees her just as a friend and he seriously doesn't understand why the kids tease him. He thinks the kids are rude to exclude her b/c she's a girl. But the little sparkle in his eye tells me more. :) The kid seriously glows when he talks about her. The other day he was very upset and crying about Hannah going to another school next year. I told him he would make new friends just like he did this year and w/ tears in his eyes he turns to me and says "MOM! I will NOT forget Hannah!" I volunteered in preschool on Tuesday, and noticed that the teachers just automatically put the two of them next to each other when they lay out the name tags for where the kids are supposed to sit. It cracks me up! I'm wondering if they put them together b/c it's sweet? or b/c someone will throw a fit if they don't? oh I wish I could be a fly on the wall!!
