I have to quick blog before I forget all the cute things my kids said today! The kids were so excitd about the snow today. Luke can't wait to build a snow fort and have a snow-ball fight. First thing they had to do on the way to the car today was go touch the snow. They both quickly grabbed up a handful of snow only to shake it off a few seconds later saying "COLD!!!!" In the car Luke says "Mom, I didn't know the snow would be so beautiful on the way to school!". It was precious! When I said goodbye to Luke at school I was wiping his hair back down b/c his hat messed it all up...anyways.. in the car Abby says "I don't want my hat, I don't want my hair to be all dirty!" oh boy! I think she's a little young to worry about what she looks like just yet! She's got her whole life to worry about that... :( don't start now!

Well looks like a fun day at school, I wasn't even out the door and Luke's teacher was painting his hand for a class project of some sort.

PS I took this picture last night of Luke and Rich playing chess in the basement. I refuse to learn this game, there are too many steps! I'm glad Rich has someone to play with! They prefer to play chess on this home-made Lego Chess board.
