I'm coming up for air!!! it's been kinda busy here for the last 2 days! Yesterday was a school day. We met up w/ Luke's preschool teacher from last year to pass off her computer. Luke was all excited to see her and has been talking about making her a card non-stop since we got back! He's my lil' card maker.. I only hope it will continue into old age! Seems to me most of the women get stuck writing the thank-you's!! Maybe he'll break out of the mold! :)
Luke and Abby were excited b/c Karis, Ethan and Natalie came over to play a bit after nap. Valerie was kind enough to bring me back some dinner which we ate in peace as the kids ran around playing. ummmm I'm going to have to go back again for one of those.. it was a sweet onion chicken sandwich of some sort? very good!
Then the kids went to church w/ Rich for choir, and I worked on the Thanksgiving craft, and went to the grocery to get snack for playgroup.
Today I hosted playgroup. Abby had HER friends over for a change! The kids had fun playing together and eating goldfish crackers! :) I made some french bread spread and the mom's and I polished most of it off together! :) it was yummy!!! :) Off to get Luke, back home for lunch w/ Sarah and her mom before we headed to "Spirit of Ohio" for their open gym time. We've never been so I thought we'd try something new out. It's a gymnastics factility and the kids are allowed to run and jump and play on all the equipment for 1 hour. Luke had a blast creating obstacle courses. Abby loved walking on the balance beam. I think that girl would enjoy some gymnastics classes. Maybe we'll drop music for a session and try something new. I haven't heard a peep out of the kids, I think they are actually exhausted from running and running. YES! isn't that the goal anyways?!?! :) I've had a "weather" related headache all day... I think it's the bright sun or something. Off to take a break. PS I would have had pictures but I forgot my camera card.
oh and GOOD news! Dad's IGM level dropped significantly, which means the medicine is working!!! :)
