what happened to our beautiful day? it was so nice out this morning when I took Luke to school now it's all cold and rainy! :(

Gorman Nature Center visited Luke's school today w/ an Owl and a turtle. Luke said the Owl pooped on the floor and everyone laughed.

When I picked him up today he was just glowing... he had this huge smile he could hardly contain himself.. I asked him why he was "glowing" w/ a huge grin he says "HANNAH!" funny thing is the Mom's and Dad's in the hall way saw him too... and Hannah's Dad was standing right there and said..."oh... this must be Luke!" I tried to get him to tell me what happened but he just got embarressed and pulled me down the hall. He's so funny. From what he told me... I THINK... he was excited b/c they played bad guys and good guys w/ superheroes during their playtime... and Hannah was a bad guy and he was a good guy and she was chasing him?

not much else going on right now... Abby's been a little difficult recently.. she's testing me or something. When I ask her to do something she goes really really slow and watches me... trying to irritate me. She does this while walking....cleaning up her toys... eating... I'm not quite sure what to do about it. She also started taking her good old time eating her meals... she takes FOREVER.... everytime I threaten to take her plate away she holds on to it and says she's not done, and cries don't take it away... don't let the puppies get my food...I've started setting the timer but I don't think she understands it just yet? it's hard to tell. Yesterday I was running late to get Luke from school, she was determined to get in her carseat herself.. well she was taking forever so I just lifted her in, she got very mad, arched her back and started screaming at me " I do it myself!" Everything has to be HER way these days! If I ask her to go to the bathroom, she runs down the hall on the longer route, opposite of the way I'm going. Welcome to 2 huh?!!

all for now.... -Beth
