Luke's school was canceled today due to the icy conditions. Every school in the area was closed and ours was holding out till last minute... I think they were trying their hardest not to cancel the Christmas program. I feel really bad for the kids who's break started a day early before they could put on their nice program. :( all that work.. I wonder if they will reschedule it?

I've been busy today getting all sorts of house work done and trying to keep the kids occupied. Everyone needs Mommy to help them... all the time.... I had to lock myself in a room to make a phone call w/out the sounds "MOMMMMY" in the background!

I waited all morning for the rain to stop so I could get outside and take pictures of the ice storm w/ out ruining my camera! I had a really good time taking close ups. I also finally got a nice close up of a cardinal.. although I was disappointed b/c I couldn't get my camera to focus on the bird.. it kept focusing on the branches.. lots to learn about this new camera!
