Christmas Morning 6:30AM!! Abby w/ her doll house from Santa. Actually when we asked her what Santa brought her she said " A GIRL house!" She's continued to call it that a few times! We think it's cute! :) she didn't know what to call it.. I think she had a pretty good name!

We had a good day. The kids were wide awake at 6:30 am when Mommy checked on them! We opened presents here, then headed to Cleveland and opened gifts w/ my parents. After a while the rest of the family joined us. (Mom hosted Christmas this year). It was a great time hanging out w/ family and catching up. I have learned to really appreciate when someone else hosts a holiday b/c you can actually have conversations w/ people... when you host yourself your so busy making sure everything is ready.. and runs smooth that you can hardly stop to talk. We left Cleveland pretty late and arrived home around midnight. Poor Rich had to get up the next day for work.. he ended up getting a 1/2 day, so that was nice he could come home. Especially for me b/c I've been battling some type of infection? yeast? or bacterial? not sure.. but it won't go away.. and now I'm feeling punk, and getting a fever. (my 3rd medicine....). So if anyone has time to whisper a prayer for me... my family needs me back in order!
Rich's Dad ended up getting the stomach flu as well. :( so we're steering clear for this week... we hope to see them next weekend to exchange gifts. Last night we were able to get together w/ Rich's "Birth" family... he's adopted and we recently found his family. It's been a great joy to get to know them and see who he looks and acts like! :) Luke had a blast having a light-saber fight w/ Great Grandpa Harlan. You should have seen the smile on his face!
