Another busy day! I took Luke to preschool then Abby and I rushed off to stroller class. We had a good workout today. I'm doing well keeping up w/ the running but some of the other stuff has been hard. Today the lunges killed me... my knee is hurting now. I'm reminded of my track injuries and wondering if it's something that's just not good for me and my knees.

Then off to music class. Abby was super wiggly today.. just not focused or into following instructions. We picked up Luke and met Daddy at Coney Island again for lunch. ummmmmmm they have the BEST icecream!!! this time I got smores.

The kids are relaxing now and I'm starting to think about my craft for Adventure Club tonight. Our class is so big they had to pull in more helpers and divide our room, which is great for us! It's been difficult to manage so many kids and attempt to teach them.

My pictures today include Luke's first "report"... kinda cute that they called it that.. he made a small book w/ the information about pumpkins that he gathered thru measuring or weighing... ect...He's not big in to coloring.. he kinda rushes thru it. He's more of a drawer. He also brought home this cute craft that shows the different stages of a pumpkin and it's growth from a seed. He informed me that his friend got a "worm" on his apple today for bad behavior.. I asked what they did, he said "tattled". I struggle w/ this one.. I want my kids to tell an adult if someone is hurting them or bothering them. Luke is good at using his words...sometimes a little too "strong". but I feel if they've made a good attempt at solving the situation themselves and need help, they SHOULD go to the teacher for help. My friend said her child had to skip recess b/c she was to slow at finishing her project, she was just doing a really good job and taking her time. :( It makes me feel bad if they get in trouble when they didn't really DO anything wrong.
