back up to last night.... the kids stayed home w/ Rich and I went off to Adventure Club. It was pretty crazy the kids were bouncing off the walls! Rich took the kids to get their prize for filling in their reward charts. Abby has been telling us that she needs to go potty better.. and Luke read 16 books. (Abby's been potty trained for a long time but it's me who's trained.. she gets lazy about telling me and the chart helps her stay focused!)Today while Luke was in school Abby and I went hunting for a new fall/winter coat. The kids hate their poofy winter coats and complain whenever we put them on so I try to find them a thin windbreaker that has fleece inside to keep them warm. Everything seems to be poofy! so we were excited to find what we wanted at our first stop! and 50% off! :) At home the kids have been relaxing. They are anxious to bake cookies after nap. At Luke's request we played Scooby Doo Trouble in honor of a possible trip to Kings Island this weekend to use up our free pass.. (buy 1 get 1 free) burrrrrrr not sure I really want to go now, but we can't waste our tickets. The good news is Abby may have grown enough to ride the rides. You have to be 36".. well she's 35 1/2 inches in socks... so MAYBE??? w/ shoes on???? they might let her get in! she was so sad to watch Luke do all the rides himself during the summer. She could only ride a few. The kids favorite ride is the Scooby Doo Mansion... (that's what they were thinking about w/ the game)one more picture. This one is for Rich. He likes Abby's hair in 2 low ponytails. It will probably be destroyed after nap so enjoy it now! :)
